I would buy a IWC portuguese in gold with black dial.A absolutly strikingly beautiful watch in my opinion and i have seen them with the older calibers for around your budget.And even if it is a ETA based caliber it has got nothing to do with ETA when IWC have finished with it.Indeed you are getting a caliber with a better finish than new IWC calibers.And the price in the future will not be going down.Just my opinion and i must admit i am biased on this one Willy
