Sophisticated calibers like those in a AP-VC-Blancpain,can be quite solid. But they also have to look beautifull at the same time.So they are made with a different approach than say a Rolex, that is made with strength and easy service in mind.Generally a simple well made caliber will be more reliable, because there are less parts in it that can go wrong. My opinion is that the calibers you show here, are no where near a Rolex for strength or reliability.
If you want a really qualified answer to your question, you need to ask a watchmaker who is used to sevicing these watches.Another thing you should bear in mind,is that watches like the AP-VC-Patek etc etc,do not often get the hard use of other types of watches.Because of the prices, people tend to treat them gently
I personally would never ever buy a high end watch, for hard use.
