Could you imagine buying a new car like a BMW-Bentley-Jaguar etc etc and waiting for up to 6 months after you gave the car to your dealer for a sevice before you got it back again. No i do not think many people would accept this kind of treatment. But watch buyers are treated like this day in day out all over the world.Ok simple watches in the lower price range do not have the same problem. But it seems to me that the more you pay for a watch the worse is the service. This is very unique i think.I mean it does not take 5 months to service a Patek Aquanaut basic caliber with no complications but that is how long i waited.I was talking to a friend of mine who happens to be a authorized IWC dealer. He told me that some times he feels ashamed to have to tell a customer who has paid 80000kr for a watch that he has to wait 3 months before he gets it back from the factory after a service. He is not the only dealer who has this problem.I think the only way to change this state of afairs is to hang these brands out on bloggs everywhere for bad service.A watch site like ours could have a list of brands and a rating on their sevice and the time it takes. Our very own black list
